Homemade Pancakes
Anyone can add water to boxed pancakes. But you will surely lose out on the taste. These pancakes are perfectly tender and fluffy, and will leave you begging for more!
Ingredients

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar

1 ¼ cups milk
-
3 tablespoons butter, melted
-
1 egg
-

Directions

In large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.

Make a well in middle and add egg, melted butter and milk. Whisk until combined and no clumps are visible. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.

Preheat a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.

Pour batter onto skillet in 1/4 cup batches. Cook until bubbles appear on sides and in center of each pancake - approximately 2-3 minutes. Carefully flip, and cook bottom for another 2 minutes.
